Coco de Mer Hotel & Black Parrot Suites, Praslin Island

The Hibiscus Restaurant: boasts private, wooden dining decks over a trickling stream and an elevated central area with ocean views and buffet counters, flanked by a wall of mirrors, interspersed with black and copper mosaic.  Open for buffet breakfast and evening dining, options include International & Creole cuisine, barbecues, themed buffets and Table D'hôte menus. Live evening entertainment is provided several nights weekly. 

The Mango Terrace Bar: clad in wood, black slate and ivory tiles, all trimmed with copper, offering casual poolside dining, is flanked by a wall of coconut tree trunks and suspended coconuts, giving one a feel of the tropics and seaside laid-back dining. Open for a la carte lunch and evening dinner. 

Black Parrot Bar: private bar in the junior suite wing (exclusive to junior suite guests only). 

3 Swimming Pools: the main hotel pool in the unique shape of a Coco de Mer located next to The Mango Terrace Bar, the extraordinary Over Ocean natural salt water pool that cascades back into the sea located on the striking Over Ocean Pavilion and the third at the Black Parrot junior suite wing (exclusive to junior suite guests only).
