Le Domaine de La Réserve, Praslin

Le Domaine de La Réserve Hotel on Praslin Island enjoys a wonderful setting within the beautiful Anse Petite Cour bay. The beach is essentially private with white sand, granite boulders at each end and views of Curieuse Island in the distance. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with its beach front villas and a delightful jetty that houses the main restaurant. 
With a total of 40 beach-front rooms, the hotel has recently been re- built in local Creole style and, incidentally, was one of the first to commence business on Praslin Island some 50 years ago. One of the major attractions of the hotel is the Pool Bar & Restaurant, a popular spot for relaxed lunches. The restaurant is sunken within the hotel's swimming pool, offering fresh bistro-style selections. Bathers can swim or paddle up to the bar to order a drink or a snack.
If you enjoy the sea there is very good snorkelling here on the nearby coral reef and there is plenty to see and do on Praslin. The hotel's concierge can arrange an excursion or two to visit the highlights of Praslin, such as the Vallee de Mai, the Black Pearl farm or a boat excursion to La Digue Island. Local activities include game fishing, scuba diving, golf at the 18 hole course and the nearby Anse Lazio beach.
