Nestled amongst lush and well-cultivated tropical gardens, Sun
Resort Hotel is managed and run by a very proud and attentive local family,
ensuring the guests are well looked after and the hotel is kept to its usual high standard.
The
standard rooms are comfortable, with basic kitchenette facilities and
views over the enticing swimming pool. The superior rooms are
located further back among the gardens, are spacious and decorated to a
higher standard (these rooms do not offer the facility of a
kitchenette).
There is an informal bar and lounge area and
a restaurant that looks over the hotel’s swimming pool offering buffet
breakfasts, a la carte lunches and evening creole buffets.
For a true
taste of local culinary delights and hospitality, try the hotel’s cafe and
take-away, Sun Coco.
Several outstanding restaurants are within a short stroll away, Le
Perle Noir and The Boat House are two that are worth visiting and will certainly
provide the opportunity to sample the local cuisine.
Water sports, diving, snorkelling, casinos and entertainments
can be found on the nearby beach. However, should you wish for something a little more
relaxing, simply laze by the hotel’s swimming pool and enjoy the peace and
tranquillity for which Sun Resort Hotel is well known for.
