Set
in beautiful lawned tropical gardens on the south west coast of
Mahe Island, Royal Bay Villa offers spacious villa accommodation with
views over the nearby Anse Royale Bay, close proximity to beautiful
beaches plus the added bonus of your villa cook who will look after your
dining requirements. With four double bedrooms, all air
conditioned, Royal Bay Villa accommodates up to 9 guests (maximum 8
adults + 1 child), making it ideal for a family or a group of
friends.
The
four air conditioned bedrooms are well appointed, two of which are
en-suite the other two sharing a large bathroom. All bedrooms have
their
own balcony with ocean and garden views. On the ground floor is a
large lounge, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, pantry and laundry.
Outside,
the main terrace overlooks the tempting swimming pool which has a
pleasant wood decking with a selection of sunbeds and general garden
furniture. To add to the outside attraction, a gazebo overlooks the
pool and provides an additional relaxation area for eating,
sleeping and the occasional sundowner.
You
may decide to use the services of the villa cook who is available to
provide your meals during your stay. Whether you are to be out for the
day on the nearby Anse Royale beach or in for the day just lazing
around the pool, the decision is yours. You may prefer to prepare
your own meals, in which case this is not a problem as the villa can be
booked either on a self catering, bed & breakfast, lunch and
evening dinner basis. There are small local shops and restaurants
within the vicinity plus a generic Seychelles barbecue area within the
grounds to tempt your culinary skills.
A
two to three minutes walk down an incline brings you to the
nearest beach which offers enjoyable swimming, snorkelling and boat
excursions.
In
essence, a great self-contained villa, in a superb location and comes
highly recommended. Royal Bay Villa may be twinned with Rocky Bay
Villa, Praslin.

balcony, 2 bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, the other 2

fully equipped kitchen, pantry, laundry.
