Enjoying expansive ocean views from its hillside location on the north
coast of La Digue, nestled among rocks and lush vegetation, the rooms command breathtaking, panoramic views over distant Coco,
Sisters and Félicité islands. All
rooms are on the hillside above the road, each with a balcony and are
comfortably furnished from local woods and fabrics. In all there are 6
grades of rooms, including 2 honeymoon suites. The main central
building on the other side of the road accommodates the restaurants,
reception lobby, lounge and the Captain's Retreat. Dining in
the hotel restaurant is a delightful authentic experience as both à la carte and
table d’hôte menus are served, offering international and delicious Creole
cuisine. Regular live entertainment is provided on a weekly basis. Below
the rooms and across a narrow road, the small sandy cove lies nestled between
rocks and coconut trees. Being a small island, many of our clients will be
taking a bike hire to one of the many secluded sandy coves. However the extremely
friendly staff will be happy to arrange boat trips, excursions or guided tours
on request.
