Originally a colonial outpost hotel with bags of
character, the new Hilton Northolme is a luxury development
located within a stunning hillside location overlooking the Indian
Ocean towards the distant islands of Silhouette and North. Renowned for
its association with Ian Fleming, the new Hilton Northolme continues
this legacy with a special high-tech Ian Fleming suite.
Elevated on
stilts, the traditionally designed villas showcase an elegant, modern decor of
natural materials and rich fabrics from Asia and the Far East. The luxurious
king-size four poster bed canopied by white lace, the spacious deluxe bathroom
with double jacuzzi bath and extravagent outside daybed adorned with soft, full
cushions, provide a romantic and lavish private area.
The restaurants
provide a welcoming choice of cuisine from the open-air Hilltop restaurant with
its buffet style theme evenings, to the refinement of Les Cocotiers restaurant
where creole specialities of fresh fish and local seafood are featured alongside
international favourites.
Facilities
abound at the Northolme ranging from the exotic luxurious infinity
swimming pool to the Duniye Spa offering a range of massage treatments,
body wraps and steam rooms. A small beach with an
elevated sun bed area entices you into the warm waters of the Indian
Ocean. Swimming from the beach may be limited at certain times of the
year.
With a dramatic setting of scattered granite boulders, lush
tropical vegetation, sandy coves and torquoise blue seas, the Hilton
Northolme is a fitting testament to its original heritage.
