Not before time we welcome Clef des Iles onto our Mahe hotel portfolio. For years we have been searching for such a place where one could just simply walk from your room directly onto the fabulous Beau Vallon Bay beach. Well here it is, Clef des Iles, owned and managed by a local couple whose hospitality has already created a strong demand for these four, self-catering apartments. 

Clef des Iles is all about location, location, location. Four self-catering spacious apartments each with sea-front living rooms at beach level and then two bedrooms on the first floor, the main bedroom with a private sea-front balcony. Simple but so, so effective. The beach-side living/dining areaon the ground floor is ideally located for meals and snacks and suitably positioned to absorb the local creole atmosphere.  A fully equipped kitchen is there for your convenience, with local shops nearby providing supplies. And for the slightly adventurous, stroll along the beach to buy the catch of the day from the local fishermen. What could be better than preparing, cooking and eating your evening meal under the stars in your beachside apartment.

Marquise and Stephane provide all their guests with a breakfast starter pack placed in the fridge for when you arrive. This will carry you over until your first shopping trip.  However, for those of our guest not wanting to prepare and cook for themselves, there are plenty of local restaurants, cafes, bars and hotels to choose from. 

The main attraction here has to be the location directly on the beach, walking or jogging along the beach itself which curves round the bay for some 2.5 km, followed by fabulour sunsets. And if you have children with you what better playground than a fabulous soft sand beach, water sports, clear warm seas and ice cream..
