Uteganger Riding Centre 

Situated on the west coast of Mahe, within the Barbarons district, the Uteganger Riding Centre provides horse riding facilities for visitors to the Seychelles.

The only one of its kind, the centre offers scenic rides and hacks along the beautiful coast with their Arab horses. Catering for all levels of riding competence, the centre also offers introductory rides and riding lessons for both children and adults.

Rides can be arranged from 1 hour up to a half day excursion with prices from €50 for the first hour discounted at 25% for further hours.

The rides and hacks follow amazing white sand beaches, passing through tropical forests, mangroves and cinnamon forests. Sunset rides and picnics can also be arranged.

The centre is open 7 days a week, although bookings have to be made 24 hours in advance.  Riding times are subject to tide levels.

English general purpose saddles and tack are used and both helmets and half chaps are supplied by the centre.
